Starting my own journey at 14 years old, I understand the progressions of a (non)gym goer and aim to make it as smooth as possible for you, while having fun. My own experience in holding discipline and dedication has allowed me to be the best version of myself, and I seek to do the same for you. The combination of my NZIS Accredited Health and Fitness qualification and Psychology Philosophy Major, I work to having a deeper understanding of where your struggles stem from - tackling them head on.
