I've been into sports and fitness for as long as I can remember. My passion in health and fitness has driven me to help others; from helping someone new to the fitness world, to helping lose 15kg, and managing to assist a 75-year-old lady to walk without support.

As a self-trained CrossFit competitor, I use the experience I have from it to create training programs that are safe, efficient and most importantly FUN!
