Our current timetable includes - Schwinn Indoor Cycling™, Yoga, Pilates, Bootcamp, Boxing, Kickboxing, Supervised Running Groups & Active fit (outdoor circuit training) – all at no extra cost to the member (with exception of Bootcamp) .
Our dedicated Group Fitness team will inspire, motivate, entertain & above all get you results! All classes are held in a safe, supportive & controlled environment – whether you’re a complete beginner, casual user or an aerobics guru there is something for everyone.
Group Fitness Classes can be combined with a strength program to turbo boost your results or try mixing it up a bit with a different class everyday.
