Time to Sweat it Out

A happy 2012 to you all!!

Not to sure how your all feeling, but whether you are back at work or still on holiday, we all had a little more rain than we were expecting!! That no doubt encouraged more indoor activities, but usually more eating and drinking is involved when you’re inside.

I know we all get the pressure to make new years resolutions and then the hard part is giving it a good nudge to make sure our character stands some sort of credibility by trying to achieve them!! We generally only hear the changes of the ‘physical’ nature, as after Christmas day, and probably many other days of indulgence, it’s a chance to reset. We’re not going to get all over you guys about them, but I guess we just wanted to tell you a few things about what’s going on at Genesis over the next few months, and perhaps you can see where your training fits in.
